What is so bad about this particular moment? You are not dying right now. So what can you do to make this particular moment good? Can you travel, go outside and feel the grass, spend time with your family and friends, try something new, or do something you love?

There is so much you can do RIGHT NOW instead of worrying about things you can’t control or change.
